DADS Compliance Policies & Procedures

The purpose of the Department of Alcohol & Drug Services (DADS) Compliance Policy & Procedures is to promote a Compliance Program that:

  • Maintains and continues to enhance the quality of client care and other services provided.
  • Provides policies and procedures that enhance compliance activities.
  • Empowers all DADS employees to identify, report and correct conduct or behaviors that do not conform to SCVHHS Compliance Standards or underlying laws and regulations.
  • Promotes open communication about compliance in a supportive and retaliation-free environment.

For conveninence of access, DADS Compliance Policies and Procedures have been incorporated to the Departmental Policies and Procedures Manual.
