The purpose of the Department of Alcohol & Drug Services (DADS) Compliance Policy & Procedures is to promote a Compliance Program that:

Maintains and continues to enhance the quality of client care and other services provided.

Provides policies and procedures that enhance compliance activities.

Empowers all DADS employees to identify, report and correct conduct or behaviors that do not conform to SCVHHS Compliance Standards or underlying laws and regulations.

Promotes open communication about compliance in a supportive and retaliation-free environment.
For conveninence of access, DADS Compliance Policies and Procedures have been incorporated to the Departmental Policies and Procedures Manual.
