HANDS ON: Evaluation & Action Planning
Led by Bro. Steve Johnson, SM bio; Lee Mahon, EdD bio; and Marshall Swenson, MSW, MBA bio

This workshop is designed to provide information and strategies for maximizing the knowledge gained throughout the conferences. You will develop an action plan that defines and evaluates the goals, objectives, activities and outcomes associated with planning and implementing an RFP. The reflection activities to support the action plan development include:

1. Identifying the best program strategies that can meet the needs of your clients.

2. Defining the program results and outcomes you want to achieve in your delivery of program services.

3. Creating the actual steps that must be accomplished to implement an effective Best Practices Program.
